Your safety is our top priority. RAD has implemented multiple layers of protection to ensure every trip is secure, from background checks to comprehensive insurance coverage.
Every user undergoes a comprehensive background check through Checkr before they can book or list a vehicle. We screen for criminal history, driving records, and identity verification.
Vehicles are inspected through Inspektlabs to ensure they meet safety standards. Hosts must maintain proper registration, insurance, and regular maintenance records.
Every RAD trip includes required Nevada liability coverage. Full details provided at booking confirmation.
Vehicles are equipped with Bouncie GPS tracking (or Tesla's built-in tracking) for real-time location monitoring, theft recovery, and emergency assistance during active rentals.
All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
Our support team is available around the clock. Call (775) 252-6230 for active trip emergencies or 318-RENT-RAD for general support.
